Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing the book from Ecom Marketer 88 Enterprise/Mohammad Abo Arshed ("we", "our", "us"). By purchasing the book or using our services at our physical store located at 15-18 Paramount View Condominium, Jalan 22/44, Kampung Tunku, 46300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, you agree to these Terms.
1. Product
- We sell one book at our physical store. Descriptions, pricing, and availability are displayed at the store. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but minor errors or omissions may occur.
2. Price and Payment
- All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Payment methods accepted: card/e-wallet payments processed via Stripe or Razorpay (including card payments, FPX, GrabPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay).
- Payment is due at the time of purchase. For card/e-wallet transactions, payment is subject to Stripe’s terms and approval.
- We will issue a receipt or invoice on request. Transaction records may be retained in our systems (GoHighLevel CRM, Stripe and Razorpay) for accounting, customer service, and legal compliance.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- If you provide a shipping address and request delivery, we will ship the book using third‑party delivery providers.
- Shipping cost: a flat rate will be charged and shown on the checkout page.
- Delivery time: estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Any delay caused by the delivery provider will be communicated when possible.
5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
- Returns, refunds or exchanges are handled as follows:- If the book is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, notify us within 7 days with proof of purchase and we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- For other returns (change of mind), returns are accepted only if agreed by us in advance and the book is returned in its original, resaleable condition. Shipping and handling costs for returns are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds for card/e-wallet transactions will be processed to orginal payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
6. Cancellations and Order Changes
- Orders collected and paid for in-store are final unless we agree otherwise. If you request a cancellation before shipping, we will cancel the order where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the purchase of the book is limited to the purchase price you paid. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses.
8. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the book remain as specified by the book’s publisher or author. You may not reproduce or distribute the book beyond what is permitted by law and the publisher’s terms.
9. Personal Data and Privacy
- Our collection and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By purchasing from us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data as described in that policy.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
